Athletic Performance Consulting is for athletes ranging from youth to professional who are looking to unleash their potential and maximize their performance. In our 1 on 1 sessions, we'll collaborate to recognize and identify any factors that may be preventing you from playing your best. My approach emphasizes the importance of a strong mindset and attitude along with proper nutrition and daily habits. Together, we'll work to excel in those areas so that you can perform to the best of your ability.

Personal Training
Personal Training is for clients that want a 1 on 1, individualized training experience. Whether you train often or have never been to a gym before, I'll create and guide you through a training program that meets your needs. I want to provide my clients with the opportunity to unlock the wonderful benefits of training and feel comfortable and confident while doing so.
Group Training
Group Training is for clients that want to train amongst others in a fun and motivating environment. Group classes are specifically engineered to cater to everyone, no matter what your age, body type, or level of experience is. These classes feature high intensity interval training (HIIT) coupled with strength building and muscle toning.
